I find the recommended amount per serve a little too strong, so I take a weaker dose, 2-3 times a day. It's delicious without being too sweet, and after nearly a month I'm feeling a positive difference. My 19 year old son is Vegan but not overly fond of vegetables unfortunately.... so Essential Rainbow has been a much needed and wonderful supplement for him too. Thank you!!
