Dispatch Policy

At Eimele, we strive to efficiently process and dispatch your order in a timely manner. Typically, orders placed prior to 10 AM (AEDT) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, while subscription orders may be dispatched 1 business day after processing.

Please note that dispatch times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Policy

Customs and import charges for international orders.

Please note that depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs fees. These fees are imposed by the destination country, and unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control any applicable fees or charges. It is important to understand that customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the cost of delivery. Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds for change of mind, and due to regulations, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or tampered with.

We are happy to accept returns for damaged goods that are unopened. If any of our product boxes or jars arrive broken, please send us an email at hellous@eimele.com with photos within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for receiving a free replacement.
